by Jayant Kashyap
after a set of photographs by Anshika Sarin
Your fascination with ceilings almost worries me—
the places we go to, you choose by looking
at their ceilings (like they have a language
of their own); at home, we lie down,
you keep looking up, ask how is it
that we love a person often
without boundaries? —
and that it still feels
right, feels
beautiful?
